Taras Zakharkiv is the Head of the Business Analysis Office at ELEKS and a passionate advocate for advancing Business Analysis practices that deliver real client value. With 20 years of experience, he combines deep expertise in requirements engineering with strategic leadership across complex product and transformation initiatives.
He holds advanced certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery and Leadership, and Change Management, demonstrating broad, applied expertise across disciplines. Taras also serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the IIBA Ukraine Chapter, where he drives national-level professional development efforts. In addition, he is the author of a comprehensive Business Analysis course and lectures at the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
His dedication to excellence has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, including Best Business Analyst at the Ukrainian IT Awards (2018) and the global IIBA Business Analysis Advancement Award (2023).
