She began her IT career in hosting support, where she grew from a specialist to leading a team of 150+ people. That experience taught her system thinking, analytics, and managing large teams.
At Futurra Group, Veronika led operations for the EdTech product MathMaster: she built a system for over 1,000 math experts, introduced automation, KPIs, and motivation tools. She integrated AI into the experts’ workflow and trained them to effectively combine their knowledge with algorithms while accounting for their limitations. This made it possible to scale student support while maintaining answer quality.
Today, she is responsible for automating collaboration between marketers, creators, and production teams in the flagship product MusesAcademy — a platform for women’s daily personal growth. She develops “creative factory” processes that transform chaotic marketing content production into a structured and scalable workflow.
Veronika works on both strategic and operational levels: building large-scale systems, implementing AI in real processes, and helping scale Futurra’s educational products in the personal development space. Her expertise will bring the panel a unique perspective: how AI is truly changing the work of educational platforms and teams — not only at the idea level but also in day-to-day operations.
