William Dixon

William Dixon is an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) (London, UK) and a Senior Tech and Cyber Fellow at the Ukraine Foundation (Geneva, Switzerland). He is an expert in cybersecurity and international relations, with a focus on military innovation and digital conflict. He was formerly the Head of the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Cybersecurity and started his career at the UK’s Cyber and Signals Intelligence Agency, Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ). He holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and International Security from the War Studies Department of King’s College London (UK).
