IT Arena 2020 Goes Online

August 3, 2020

IT Arena has always focused not only on content but on quality networking and bonding, which is undoubtedly more efficient at an in-person event. However, due to uncertainty with the current pandemic situation and no hope for a tested and available vaccine by October, we have made the decision to go online this year

We are no longer able to organize a 4000+ indoor event ensuring safety conditions for everyone, and we don’t want to risk the health of our attendees, speakers, and staff. Since a considerable part of our audience is international, we were also not sure you would be able to visit Lviv due to the travel restrictions.

New dates of our digital event are set for October 8-10. Our team is currently adapting the event into an online format that will include a combination of insightful content, matchmaking and networking opportunities, and interactive sessions.

We will do our best to deliver to you valuable content and inspiration in a new online format, which will be possible to enjoy from the comfort of your home. Currently, we are building a brand-new web platform, which will be paired with a convenient IT Arena mobile app to ensure a flawless online experience. You will be able to ask questions during talks, participate in giveaways, check out startups, create group chats, and talk directly to other participants. We will be providing more details about the features of our online platform as well as guidelines on registration very soon.

Taking into account the experiences of other online events, we want our agenda to include enough breaks so that you don’t have to worry about rescheduling your plans, canceling work meetings, or missing lunch. You will also be able to work simultaneously while listening to the talks on your smartphone or laptop.

The only offline event we will be hosting this year will be Tech Longe, a small networking event for Executive ticket holders. The event will be held in accordance with the health and safety guidelines in Lviv on October 9.

Given the circumstances, we have significantly reduced ticket prices for the online event. Please see our website for a detailed description of new features for each ticket type. Those who purchased IT Arena 2020 tickets before the change, please check your email inboxes to find the information on our solutions. If you have purchased a ticket earlier, but for some reason, haven’t received the email, please contact us .

We really hope to see you in October, this time online. Stay safe, wherever you are!
