Before joining Simply Contact as COO, she had managed operations for more than 20 clients across FMCG, retail, e-commerce, technology, tourism, logistics, and finance. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, she has coordinated large-scale international projects and led initiatives that elevate service quality.
