Iryna Zabolotna is the deputy director of the Innovation Development Fund. Since 2020, she has been working in the ecosystem of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, where she headed the team implementing e-services at the state-owned enterprise Diia for over two years. She has deep expertise in digital transformations, launching large-scale projects, developing data-driven policies, and implementing AI solutions. Under her leadership, over 20,000 integrations between Diia and its partners were implemented, and thanks to the introduction of AI tools, the team’s workload was reduced by over 30%. At the Innovation Development Fund, Iryna is responsible for international partnerships and support for civil and defense tech developers within the Ukrainian Startup Fund and Brave1.
