Julien has been working for more than 20 years in strategy and development projects. He had the chance to collaborate with both public and private entities in numerous sectors and topics such as regional development and clusters, strategic planning, internationalization processes, sales strategy development, innovation and digital transformation and inter-regional cross-fertilization programs. Julien has been working in several countries in Europe, South America, Africa and Middle East and he speaks 6 languages. Julien is collaborating with Expertise France since more than 8 years, and he is currently Director for the EU4Innovation East Project.
