Kris Kosyk is an entrepreneur, educator, and former VP of Innovation at SoftServe, where she spent 18 years building teams, launching new functions, and leading organizational transformations. She is the co-founder of Filab, an education company focused on practical management, leadership, and career skills, and Careerista, a professional community for ambitious women. Kris is also a two-time TEDx speaker, co-host of Shit I Know Live — Ukraine’s #1 podcast — and was named one of Forbes Ukraine’s 25 Women in IT.
