Laura Morgan has worked in product for fifteen years, and in tech for even longer. She has held product leadership roles across media, publishing, charity, higher education, and other sectors. Now she works as a consultant and coach, helping organizations and teams with product vision, strategy, digital transformation, roadmapping, and development. She believes that the role of product is changing rapidly, that the biggest challenge product managers face right now is adapting their skills and experience to the new world, and that the best way to do that is to learn from and support each other.
