Oleksandr Kolb is the co-founder and General Partner at Toloka.VC, a Ukrainian venture syndicate founded in 2023 that invests in highly scalable businesses transforming their industries, with realistic prospects of an IPO or a strategic exit.
Founder and owner of Promodo, a leading digital marketing agency in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 20 years of business experience. He has extensive hands-on experience building sales strategies for major international brands.
In 2014, he co-founded Kharkiv IT Cluster, which now unites more than 250 companies. He serves on the supervisory boards of the Cluster and of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
