Volodymyr Gorodnychyi
Chief of CIMIC (Civil Military Cooperation) in the 412th Unmanned Systems Brigade ‘Nemesis’, Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Bio
From the first day of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Volodymyr Gorodnychyi joined the Territorial Defense Forces and served there as an Infantry Platoon Leader for more than two years. In 2024, he joined the Nemesis regiment as Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Platoon Commander and later moved forward to the information and communications systems implementation role. Currently, Volodymyr is responsible for international communications and military R&D as Chief of CIMIC at the Nemesis Brigade.
His extensive combat infantry and leadership experience, strengthened in the Donbas trenches, together with 20 years of IT experience, help him to be an effective part of the 412th Unmanned Systems Brigade.
