Yulia Darchych is the CEO of Vienna-based organization INNO. She is also the ART4MENTAL Project Coordinator. She has experience managing EU-funded projects focused on startups and innovation in Ukraine and across Europe. She has more than 6 years experience of working in the Ukrainian Parliament.
